Winegrowers since 2020, we farm thirty-seven hectares organically in the Centre-Loire, across two neighbouring appellations and two separate estates.

Le Domaine de Reuilly – AOC Reuilly

24 hectares across slopes of Kimmeridgian marl, rich in marine fossils, and terraces of sand and gravel. We grow Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, which gives our rosé, the signature of the appellation. The whole vineyard is certified organic, including 9 hectares farmed biodynamically.

Le Prieuré de Saint-Céols – AOC Menetou-Salon

13 hectares in Saint-Céols, around a former Benedictine priory. The limestone soils, full of small fossil oysters left by the Mesozoic sea, grow Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The whole vineyard is farmed organically.

Our approach

Minimal intervention, in the vineyard and in the cellar, so that each terroir can speak. We adapt our work to every vintage.

We carry on the work of Pierre Jacolin and Denis Jamain, who shaped these two estates before us.
