A great aromatic intensity with notes of quince, vanilla and yellow fruits. On the palate, it is rich, well-structured with flavors of stewed fruit. This concentration of aromas gives it a beautiful complexity and character. Very nice length.
Serve between 12 and 14°C
It will be appreciated with fish in sauce, white meats, or strong cheeses.
