Joseph
Joseph trained in various wine-growing regions in France and South Africa, the grandson of Roland Bru, a Cognac producer in Charente. Joseph wanted to extend the family tradition into the wine-growing region and set his sights on the Centre-Loire region, where he is originally from.
Married
After ten years with the Danone Group, Marie decided to fully commit to this family adventure alongside Joseph. She and Joseph work together to develop and market the wines.
Melanie
After a few years at CER, Mélanie joined the estate in 2022. She welcomes you to the estate to introduce you to the wines of the Prieuré de St Céols.
