From vines on the slopes of Morogues, Humbligny and Saint-Céols, our grapes are picked carefully by hand. A cold pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks allow a gentle, precise extraction of the grapes' aromas. It is ruby with mahogany highlights, with a generous nose of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) and spicy notes, and a round, supple palate with a fresh, lingering finish.

Enjoy young with grilled meat and cheese, or after a few years with red meat and game.
