EYE: Garnet red color. Nose: Gourmet with notes of ripe fruit, cherries with a delicate woodiness. Palate: Silky attack. We find aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry with notes of caramel. Lingering finish with discreet tannins.
Serve between 13 and 15°C
It will be appreciated with red meats in sauce, game or strong cheeses.
